Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 October 2026
Arqor is operated by Arqor Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17380863
1. About these terms
These terms of service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Arqor platform and Arqor SiteRecord application (together, the “Service”), operated by Arqor Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (“we”, “us”, “our”). SiteRecord is a trading name of Arqor Ltd.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Arqor is one platform sold as three products. Arqor SiteRecord is the construction site photo record: timestamped, GPS-tagged photos pinned to floor plans, trade QR access, share links and PDF reports. Arqor for Trades and Arqor for Contractors add the office: quoting, invoicing, staff time, compliance, and email. Arqor for Architects is the practice: projects, fees, consents and tenders. The Service includes web and mobile access to whichever of these your company subscribes to.
The Service is provided as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. We may update, modify, or improve the Service from time to time without prior notice.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. By creating an account on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We authenticate users via email-based magic links. You must not share your login links with others.
Trade users who access the Service via QR code scanning do not require an account and are not bound by billing obligations, but their use of the Service is subject to these Terms.
4. Plans, trials and billing
SiteRecord starts free. Uploading your first photo starts a 14-day trial of every SiteRecord feature; no payment method is needed to start it. When the trial ends your account continues on the Free plan (up to 3 active jobs and 1 GB of storage) unless you subscribe to SiteRecord at £29 a month or £288 a year.
Arqor for Trades, Arqor for Contractors and Arqor for Architects have no free trial: the public demo is the try-out, and your subscription is charged from the day you subscribe. These plans are sold per licence. A licence is needed for each person who quotes, invoices or has a mailbox; people who only work on site are included without limit on every plan. Licences can be added or removed at any time and are charged pro rata. Current prices are on our pricing page; at the date of these Terms, Trades is £69 a month or £590 a year with one licence, and Contractors is £449 a month or £3990 a year with three. All prices exclude VAT, which is added at the rate in force when you are charged.
Early adopters. The first 50companies to subscribe to Trades or Contractors, or any company subscribing before 31 March 2027, whichever comes first, receive the launch offer: 25% off the first year, paying monthly or yearly. The price you joined on is then fixed until2 years after you joined if you pay monthly, or3 years if you pay yearly, provided your subscription continues without a break.
Payment and renewal. Payment is taken by card through Stripe. Monthly plans renew each month and yearly plans renew each year on the anniversary of your first payment, until you cancel. We may change prices for new subscribers at any time; an existing subscriber is given at least 30 days' notice of any change to their price, and an early adopter's fixed price is honoured as above.
Cancellation and refunds. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. A yearly plan carries a 14-day money-back guarantee: cancel within 14 days of your first yearly payment and we refund that payment in full. Otherwise no refunds are given for partial months or years.
Design partners and earlier offers. A company on an earlier plan, a Founding Member rate or a written design-partner agreement keeps the terms it was given for as long as its subscription continues; those terms take precedence over this section where they differ.
5. Your data and content
You retain all ownership rights to the photos, floor plans, documents, and other content you upload to the Service (“Your Content”). By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, display, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
We do not claim ownership of Your Content. We will not sell, share, or use Your Content for any purpose other than providing the Service, except as required by law.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content and that Your Content does not infringe any third-party rights.
6. Data handling and security
Photos uploaded to the Service include metadata such as GPS coordinates, timestamps, and photographer identification. This data is stored securely and is only accessible to authorised users within your company account and anyone you share it with via share links.
We use Supabase (hosted on Amazon Web Services in London) for data storage and authentication, Vercel for application hosting (also in London), and Stripe for payment processing. Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
For full details of how we handle personal data, please see our Privacy Policy.
7. Share links
The Service allows you to generate share links that provide read-only access to job records. You are responsible for managing who receives share links. Share links can be revoked at any time from your dashboard.
Inspector share links include full metadata (timestamps, GPS, trade details). Client share links show a simplified view without trade names or GPS data.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to store, transmit, or share any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes the rights of others. You must not attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the Service, or interfere with its operation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.
9. Service availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions, data delays, or temporary unavailability.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Termination
You may close your account at any time. Upon account closure, we will delete your data within 30 days, unless we are required by law to retain it.
We may terminate your account with 30 days' written notice. In the event of a material breach of these Terms, we may terminate your account immediately.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
