Jobs priced by the point
Price a rewire, a consumer unit change or a few extra sockets from your own rates. Starter rates offers the everyday rates for electrical work by the point: consumer units, sockets, switches, lights, alarms, circuits, cable by the metre, testing per circuit and an EICR, each for you to check and confirm.
Counted off the drawing
Count the sockets, switches, lights and alarms on the drawing, each drawn with its symbol, and mark a cable run with its drops and tails. The counts go on the quote, each priced by your own rate.
Certificates filled in on your phone
Fill in an electrical installation certificate, a minor works certificate or a condition report on the job, laid out after the model forms in BS 7671, with its boards, circuits and test results. Sign it on the screen and print it on your letterhead for the customer.
A condition report that adds up
A condition report cannot be signed as satisfactory against a C1 or a C2 you have recorded. Each certificate keeps its next inspection date, and notifiable work keeps its scheme, the date notified and the reference.
RAMS for electrical work
Start from Arqor’s risk assessment and method statement for electrical work, which covers safe isolation, testing, asbestos in older installations, chasing and work at height, or keep your own. Arqor fills in the job’s copy, and you check it, amend it and sign it before anyone works to it.
Photos of the first fix
Photograph the cable runs and back boxes before the walls are boarded. Each photo keeps its time and place and is pinned to the plan, so the work can still be shown once it is covered.
Unlimited site users included
Your electricians and apprentices clock in and take photos in the Arqor app, and anyone else on site scans the QR code with no account. You pay for the office, never per person on site.

Can I fill in an EIC on my phone?

Yes. On the job’s Health and safety tab, start an electrical installation certificate, a minor works certificate or a condition report, add each board and circuit with its test results, and sign it on the screen. A signed certificate is fixed, and prints on your letterhead for the customer.

Does Arqor notify Part P for me?

No. You notify through your competent person scheme as you do now, and the certificate records the scheme, the date you notified and the reference, so the record of it stays with the job.

Can I price a rewire by the point?

Yes. Starter rates gives an electrical firm the everyday points, circuits, cable by the metre and testing per circuit. Each comes in proposed: you add your own labour and confirm it, so every quote is priced from your own rates.

Do I pay more for a bigger crew?

No. Unlimited site users are included on every plan. Anyone working on your site scans the QR code and starts adding photos, with no account and no app. On Trades and Contractors you pay a licence for each person in the office who quotes, invoices or uses Arqor Smart Email. Site managers and foremen who do neither are free.

Is there an app?

Yes. The Arqor app is on the App Store and Google Play. Your own people sign in with an email link and Face ID, and see their day, clock in, take photos onto the plan, photograph receipts, sign RAMS and message the office. What they see depends on your plan. Anyone else on site needs no app and no account: they scan the QR code on the site board.

Does it work without signal?

Yes, in the Arqor app. Photos, notes and clocking in and out are held on the phone with no signal at all and go up when you are back in coverage, each at the time it happened.

What is Arti?

Arti is the help built into Arqor. Ask how to do something and Arti answers from Arqor’s own manual, with a link to the page it read. When the manual does not cover your question, Arti says so and sends it to our team, so you are never left with a guess. Owners and managers can also ask who owes them money or which quotes to chase, and the figures come from your own invoices and quotes.

Who owns my data?

You do. Each company’s data is kept separate, and the AI learns only from your own jobs, never from anyone else’s.

How does the early-adopter offer work?

The first 50 firms to join Arqor for Trades or Contractors before 31 March 2027 get 25% off their first year, paying monthly or yearly. Paying yearly is already cheaper than paying monthly, and the early-adopter discount comes off your first year on top of that.
