Every garden on a contract
Each garden you look after has its contract: the monthly charge, how often you visit and the day. Set the visit day once, and the garden is due on the round from then on.
Visits that change with the seasons
Fortnightly from March to October and monthly in winter is one contract, not two. A paused garden stays on the list without being billed.
Plan a round
Pick who and the day, and the gardens due come first. Press Best order to put them in driving order, confirm it, and the round is on that person’s day in the app. A rain day moves the whole day’s gardens in one go.
The month invoiced in one Monthly run
Press Monthly run, then Create all drafts, and every garden not yet invoiced gets a draft at its monthly charge. You check each one and send it, and nothing goes until you do.
Paper worksheets read into the drafts
Photograph the month’s worksheets and Arqor puts each garden’s dates, hours, bags, parking and extras onto a copy of last month’s invoice. You check every garden before the drafts are made, and nothing is sent.
Crews and vans
Put your people into crews, each with a team leader, and timesheets add up per crew. Each van has a sticker on the dashboard: the crew scan it in the morning, and their day starts.
Visit emails to your customers
Each evening Arqor writes an email for each visit that day, saying it was done or why it was missed and the new day, with up to six of the crew’s photos. You check each one and press Send, or let them go automatically once you trust them.
Quotes for the build work
Price a patio, a drive, a lawn or a fence from your own rates. Starter rates offers the everyday rates for a garden: dig-outs, sub-base, slabs, porcelain, block paving, gravel, turf, artificial grass, fencing, sleepers, decking and planting, each for you to check and confirm. Can Arqor invoice my maintenance customers every month?

Yes. Each garden’s contract holds its monthly charge. At the end of the month, press Monthly run and then Create all drafts, and every garden not yet invoiced gets a draft at its monthly figure. Nothing is sent until you check each one and send it.

What about a garden whose visits change with the seasons?

Set it once on the contract. Fortnightly from March to October and monthly in winter is one contract, not two, and Plan a round lists each garden by when it is due.

Do my customers hear when a visit is done?

They can. Turn on Visit emails for a customer and each evening Arqor writes an email for that day’s visit: when it was done, or why it was missed and the new day, with up to six of the crew’s photos. You check each one and press Send, or set it to send automatically once you trust it.

Do I pay more for a bigger crew?

No. Unlimited site users are included on every plan. Anyone working on your site scans the QR code and starts adding photos, with no account and no app. On Trades and Contractors you pay a licence for each person in the office who quotes, invoices or uses Arqor Smart Email. Site managers and foremen who do neither are free.

Is there an app?

Yes. The Arqor app is on the App Store and Google Play. Your own people sign in with an email link and Face ID, and see their day, clock in, take photos onto the plan, photograph receipts, sign RAMS and message the office. What they see depends on your plan. Anyone else on site needs no app and no account: they scan the QR code on the site board.

Does it work without signal?

Yes, in the Arqor app. Photos, notes and clocking in and out are held on the phone with no signal at all and go up when you are back in coverage, each at the time it happened.

What is Arti?

Arti is the help built into Arqor. Ask how to do something and Arti answers from Arqor’s own manual, with a link to the page it read. When the manual does not cover your question, Arti says so and sends it to our team, so you are never left with a guess. Owners and managers can also ask who owes them money or which quotes to chase, and the figures come from your own invoices and quotes.

Who owns my data?

You do. Each company’s data is kept separate, and the AI learns only from your own jobs, never from anyone else’s.

How does the early-adopter offer work?

The first 50 firms to join Arqor for Trades or Contractors before 31 March 2027 get 25% off their first year, paying monthly or yearly. Paying yearly is already cheaper than paying monthly, and the early-adopter discount comes off your first year on top of that.
