Price a bathroom, a kitchen or a heating system from your own rates. Starter rates offers the everyday rates for plumbing and heating by the fitting: boilers, cylinders, services, gas checks, radiators, towel rails, bathroom and kitchen fittings, pipe by the metre, underfloor heating and a powerflush, each for you to check and confirm.
Counted off the drawing
Count the radiators, basins, WCs and showers on the drawing, each drawn with its symbol, and measure the pipe runs with their drops and tails. The counts go on the quote, each priced by your own rate.
The gas safety record on your phone
Fill in a landlord’s gas safety record on the job, with each appliance’s checks and combustion readings. An appliance found At Risk or Immediately Dangerous needs its warning notice and what was done before it can be signed, and the record keeps its next due date.
Commissioning, unvented and pressure test records
Record a boiler or heat pump commissioned, an unvented cylinder installed and a system pressure tested, on the job, signed on the screen and printed on your letterhead for the customer.
Service plans that bill themselves
Add each boiler service plan once, monthly or yearly, and each invoice is made and emailed on its day. Tick automatic payment only, and the customer pays by Direct Debit or card with nothing to chase.
RAMS for plumbing and heating
Start from Arqor’s risk assessment and method statement for plumbing and heating, which covers hot work, gas, pressurised systems, legionella and asbestos, or keep your own. Arqor fills in the job’s copy, and you check it, amend it and sign it before anyone works to it.

Can I fill in a gas safety record on my phone?

Yes. On the job’s Health and safety tab, start a gas safety record, add each appliance with its checks and readings, and sign it on the screen. It prints on your letterhead with the landlord’s duties, and keeps the date the next check is due.

Does Arqor notify Gas Safe or building control for me?

No. You notify as you do now, and the commissioning record keeps the scheme, the date notified and the reference, so the record of it stays with the job.

Can my boiler service plans bill themselves?

Yes. Add each plan as a recurring invoice, every month or every year. Each invoice is made and emailed on its day, and three days before, Arqor emails you what is going, so nothing is sent you did not expect.

Do I pay more for a bigger crew?

No. Unlimited site users are included on every plan. Anyone working on your site scans the QR code and starts adding photos, with no account and no app. On Trades and Contractors you pay a licence for each person in the office who quotes, invoices or uses Arqor Smart Email. Site managers and foremen who do neither are free.

Is there an app?

Yes. The Arqor app is on the App Store and Google Play. Your own people sign in with an email link and Face ID, and see their day, clock in, take photos onto the plan, photograph receipts, sign RAMS and message the office. What they see depends on your plan. Anyone else on site needs no app and no account: they scan the QR code on the site board.

Does it work without signal?

Yes, in the Arqor app. Photos, notes and clocking in and out are held on the phone with no signal at all and go up when you are back in coverage, each at the time it happened.

What is Arti?

Arti is the help built into Arqor. Ask how to do something and Arti answers from Arqor’s own manual, with a link to the page it read. When the manual does not cover your question, Arti says so and sends it to our team, so you are never left with a guess. Owners and managers can also ask who owes them money or which quotes to chase, and the figures come from your own invoices and quotes.

Who owns my data?

You do. Each company’s data is kept separate, and the AI learns only from your own jobs, never from anyone else’s.

How does the early-adopter offer work?

The first 50 firms to join Arqor for Trades or Contractors before 31 March 2027 get 25% off their first year, paying monthly or yearly. Paying yearly is already cheaper than paying monthly, and the early-adopter discount comes off your first year on top of that.
